Job summary

Voto Consulting LLC is seeking an End User Computing Engineer in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and VDI with hands-on responsibilities across AD and Azure AD.

The candidate will manage endpoints, support Microsoft 365, and oversee Windows 10/11 deployments, including VDI environments and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Job Title: End User Computing Engineer (MECM/SCCM)

Location: Charlotte, NC- 3days onsite in a week

We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with strong hands-on experience in MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Required Technical Skills and Responsibilities:

• Endpoint Management: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise endpoints using MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Microsoft 365 Support: Provide administration and technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, resolving user and application-related issues.
• Windows OS Management: Handle deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Virtual Desktop Support: Support and maintain VDI environments, with hands-on experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Directory Services Administration: Perform user and device administration, access management, and troubleshooting across Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
