Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced desktop support professional to manage end-to-end service for client sites.

The role includes imaging Windows devices, configuring OS images, and providing deskside and remote support across a corporate environment. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of desktop support, hands-on experience with SCCM/Intune, AD, BitLocker, and strong knowledge of VPN and remote tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of desktop support experience.
• Experience imaging Windows 11 with PXE boot.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents from detection to resolution.
• Oversee IMAC and deskside support services.
• Handle hard- and soft-break fix for laptops/desktops.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop and event support at customer site.
• Maintain standard hardware/software configurations and OS images across devices.
