Job summary

SumUp is offering a Talent Programme Internship in London for 6 months at 20 hours per week. The role involves owning the operational recruitment processes, from referral programmes to initial screening of Meta leads, and exploring new sourcing channels across EU markets.

Start date is 14 September 2026, with a base pro rata salary of £35,000. Join a global team in a dynamic field sales talent acquisition function, based at our central London Bridge location.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking volumes and performance.
• Experience managing high-volume administrative workflows with accuracy.
• Ability to spot trends in data and flag insights to team.
• Experience with multiple tools/platforms and staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage and activate internal and external referral programmes and track payouts.
• Handle the Express Hiring process for team manager referrals and screening.
• Complete first-stage screening of Meta lead-form applicants (~15 leads per country per day) before recruiters.
• Research and test new outbound sourcing channels to grow candidate pipeline.
• Conduct regular job board audits to keep adverts competitive across EU markets.
