Job summary

Veeva, a leader in Life Sciences software, seeks a Data Scientist for its EU Analytics practice to transform how customers leverage Technology, Data, and AI. You’ll build advanced models, integrate Veeva Data Cloud with European data assets, and drive measurable business value across markets.

You will work with product managers, data engineers, and consultants to deliver end-to-end analytic solutions and ensure scalable, defensible methods across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning roles within Life Sciences or healthcare analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical expertise across Python, SQL, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI, with a track record of designing predictive models.
• Experience writing process documentation, technical specifications, and data collection guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and scale advanced analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers across European markets.
• Process, harmonize, and connect Veeva Data Cloud products with diverse European healthcare data assets.
• Develop and apply statistical methodologies, machine learning, and AI models to solve complex business questions in Life Sciences.
• Build and design HCP precision engagement engines connecting datasets with CRM information for data-driven targeting.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with product managers, data engineers, and consultants to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions.
• Maintain documentation of data methodologies, model architectures, and validation processes.
