Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to lead the ETSNext travel and expense system implementation for federal agencies. You will drive strategic vision, ensure adoption, and manage relationships with agency stakeholders across multi-vendor environments.

The role requires deep T&E know-how, strong program management, and experience with federal regulations. A US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in duties associated with T&E solutions.
• Strong account management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with Federal Agencies in multi-vendor, scaled Agile environments.
• Preferred knowledge of Federal Travel & Expense regulations and policies.
• Cloud-based SaaS platform experience for multiple federal agencies.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur, Cornerstone, MuleSoft, Groupize, Everbridge, WalkMe.

Responsabilités

• Support ETSNext T&E implementation across various agencies with compatibility to federal systems.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with agency clients and discuss high-level system issues.
• Serve as technical authority to validate system capabilities and monitor service delivery.
• Facilitate communication between agencies and MSP to ensure compliant integrations.
• Share knowledge on system updates and best practices in T&E management.
• Support assessments to verify configuration per FIBF standards and agency needs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to agency teams using ETSNext.
