Job summary

Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC seeks a Technology Lead to drive the ETSNext travel and expense system for federal agencies from Washington, DC. You will shape the architectural vision, oversee secure, scalable cloud-based solutions, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.

You will ensure FedRAMP/NIST compliance, Zero Trust, data analytics, and robust API integrations, while guiding change management and end-user training in a multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in duties associated with technology leadership.
• Experience working with Federal Agencies in multi-vendor, scaled Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Federal Travel & Expense Guidelines and Policies (preferred).
• Cloud-based SaaS platform architecture and management for federal agencies.
• Security standards including FedRAMP, data encryption, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Identity and Access Management with ICAM and RBAC capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a technology roadmap for the ETSNext travel and expense solution with alignment to federal objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Oversee planning, execution, and vendor coordination to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead integrations with financial and HR platforms using secure APIs and manage API gateways.
• Ensure security and compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, MFA, and regulatory standards.
• Engage stakeholders across departments, support change management, training, and end-user adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and analytics for efficiency and insights.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field.
