Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience organizing and coordinating events, preferably in an academic setting.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Zoom, Google, and Microsoft Office suites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate event logistics for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events including seminars, colloquia, and lectures.
• Coordinate materials and visuals for events such as itineraries, programs, and publicity.
• Manage program websites and social media to boost engagement and outreach.
• Serve as liaison with student groups and alumni.
• Handle general administrative duties and budget tracking for events.
