Job summary

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of progressive event management and administrative experience.
  • Experience organizing and promoting events, preferably in higher education.
  • Highly organized with excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage database: track memberships, renewals, leads, and reporting data.
  • Assist in unit budget development, maintenance and reporting.
  • Prepare and coordinate partner contracts and billing as needed.
  • Coordinate contracts with vendors for events and services.
  • Support Executive Director and staff with scheduling and communications.
  • Arrange travel for executive staff and guests.
  • Support meetings, agendas, minutes, and logistics.
