Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 5-7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY’s culture across the firm and highlight key ethics responsibilities.
• Independently and collaboratively create and design engaging learning and/or communications content for ethics initiatives, using a creative approach and human‑centric tone to empower and educate employees on doing the right thing.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels within the firm, both in managing projects and review processes across multiple teams.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends in behavior and opportunities to enhance our culture and the Ethics Program.
• Implement strategies that advance the ethics framework and review the application of foundational elements.
• Stay informed about emerging knowledge and trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify topics for training presentations to communicate new developments (and their impact) to EY professionals and ECRM team members.
• Research and analyze the key requirements of firm policies and regulators’ rules regarding ethics and integrity.
• Support annual regulatory processes (e.g. QC1000) and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Establish and implement project plans, including goals and measures. Follow up on all approved changes and enhancements to processes.
• Support and act as a liaison for technology enablement projects supporting ethics initiatives.
