Job summary

EY is seeking a role in Ethics & Compliance to design and lead ethics communication and training programs across the firm. You will collaborate with executive leaders to embed EY’s culture of integrity and accountability, shaping the way teams understand and apply regulatory requirements.

You will develop engaging learning content, manage stakeholder relationships, and use data to boost the effectiveness of the ethics program across multiple EY offices in the US.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient technology skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 5-7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective communication, training, and engagement strategy to support a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Manage framework activities to embed ethics into the rhythm of business with a shared vision throughout EY.
• Identify and implement modifications and enhancements to meet evolving priorities.
• Work with executive-level personnel, train and mentor team members, and manage day-to-day program operations.
• Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY’s culture across the firm.
• Independently create engaging learning content for ethics initiatives, using a human-centric tone.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels within the firm.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends in behavior and opportunities to enhance our culture.
• Implement strategies that advance the ethics framework and review foundational elements.
• Stay informed about emerging knowledge and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify topics for training presentations to communicate developments to EY professionals.
• Research and analyze key requirements of firm policies and regulators’ rules.
• Support annual regulatory processes and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Establish and implement project plans with goals and measures.
