Job summary

EY is seeking an Ethics & Compliance professional to execute training and engagement strategies that embed a culture of integrity across the firm. You will work with executive-level personnel, mentor teams, and manage day-to-day program operations.

You will develop ethics communications, build stakeholder relationships, and leverage data analytics to identify trends and improve our culture and program effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of related experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective communication, training, and engagement strategy to support a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Manage framework activities to embed ethics into the rhythm of business with a shared vision.
• Identify topics for training presentations and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY’s culture across the firm.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels within the firm and across teams.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends in behavior and opportunities to enhance our culture and the Ethics Program.
