Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced Ethics & Compliance professional to lead communication, training, and engagement initiatives that promote a culture of integrity across the firm. The role supports EY’s CBS and Ethics functions with cross‑team collaboration and executive-level engagement.

You will design engaging content, mentor colleagues, and manage projects while leveraging data to strengthen our ethics program and ensure regulatory alignment across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 5–7 years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to train and mentor teams.
• Strong ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop ethics communication and training deliverables across the firm.
• Design engaging learning content with a human-centric tone.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support annual regulatory processes and maintain documentation.
• Establish and manage project plans and measure outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison for technology enablement projects.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
