Job summary

EY is seeking a CBS Ethics & Compliance professional to execute communication, training, and engagement strategies that strengthen integrity and accountability across the firm. You will work with executive-level personnel and mentor team members while managing day-to-day program operations.

Key tasks include developing ethics content, building stakeholder relationships, analyzing data to identify trends, and supporting regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 5–7 years related experience.
• Strong writing and presentation skills suitable for senior Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective communication, training, and engagement strategy to support a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Identify topics for training and create engaging learning content for ethics initiatives.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and levels.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Support annual regulatory processes and maintain documentation for compliance.
