Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Ethics & Compliance professional to join EY's CBS team. You will execute communications, training, and engagement strategies to support a culture of integrity and accountability, partnering with executives and embedding ethics across EY.

You will create learning content, manage projects across multiple teams, leverage data analytics, and support regulatory processes while staying aligned with EY’s values and risk framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate candidly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY’s culture across the firm and highlight key ethics responsibilities.
• Independently and collaboratively create and design engaging learning content for ethics initiatives with a human-centric tone.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and review processes.
