Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Hybrid work model 3+ days per week in Austin, TX or Salt Lake City, UT.
• 5+ years in HR, training & development, ethics & compliance, or related field.
• 2+ years with an LMS and analytics tools; Workday Learning preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, consultative approach promoting ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with external learning content provider, multilingual delivery, and mobile access.
• Implement workflows for SMEs to review and tailor training content.
• Execute end-to-end deployment of annual compliance, new hire, and off-cycle micro-learning modules by role/geography.
• Establish reporting and analytics to track training metrics.
• Implement escalation communications for overdue training.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive timely completion and leverage data for improvements.
