Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires degree and professional certifications in healthcare compliance.
• Experience in drafting policies and reports for a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and OIG guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of the compliance program and policies.
• Develop, review, and revise compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain lines of communication and manage compliance training and education.
• Respond to detected offenses and support investigations and audits.
• Prepare reports and materials for senior leadership and committees.
