Job summary

You will participate in ethics education for medical staff, residents, nurses and allied professionals, and assist with research and article writing on clinical ethics.

This day-shift, 40-hour weekly role sits in the Mission And Ministry department, with a commitment to safety, quality and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Knowledge of ethical principles and clinical ethics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to form and maintain interdisciplinary relationships.

Responsibilities

• Availability for ethics consultations and on-call duties.
• Attend Ethics Advisory Committee meetings at facilities.
• Provide ethics education to medical staff, residents, nurses and allied health providers.
• Assist in research and article writing on clinical ethics.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures with ethical dimensions.
