Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking an experienced Ethics and Compliance professional to support the program’s seven essential elements. Responsibilities include drafting policies, maintaining open communication, training, investigations, and monitoring activities.

The role partners with Legal, Internal Audit, Privacy, and Finance to mitigate risk and uphold standards. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in compliance-related fields and be prepared to obtain CHC/CHPC/CHRC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required for the role.
CHC certification or willingness to earn within 12 months.
Minimum of five years of experience in compliance, legal, HR, training, communications, internal audit, or health information management.
Experience developing and revising compliance policies and training materials.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Stark, AKS) and investigation processes.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of multiple compliance projects with time-sensitive deadlines.
Draft and revise policies, procedures, and publications (Code of Conduct, eSource pages).
Assist with risk analyses, annual compliance reviews, and hotline administration reports.
Prepare reports and materials for senior leadership and committees.
