Ethics & Compliance Program Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ethics & Compliance Program Operations Specialist to provide part-time( @30 hours per week) operational, administrative, communications, and project execution support for the Ethics & Compliance function. This contracted role will help keep key programs on track, ensure accurate documentation and reporting, and support consistent execution across multiple ethics and compliance initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Track workplans, timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and dependencies across ethics and compliance initiatives.
- Collect, validate, and compile data for dashboards, metrics, and monthly or quarterly reports.
- Support communications for surveys, training, disclosures, reminders, program launches, and close-out activities.
- Coordinate with HR, Corporate Communications, LMS administrators, site leaders, People & Culture partners, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain SharePoint sites, documentation repositories, trackers, program records, and archives to support audit readiness.
- Assist with program logistics, participation tracking, engagement reporting, and follow-up actions.

- Ethics & Compliance Week event planning, materials coordination, engagement tracking, and post-event recap
- 2026 Conflicts of Interest disclosure communications, follow-up lists, and status reporting
- 2026 Code of Conduct communications and promotional support
- Code of Conduct and anticorruption training launch coordination, completion tracking, reminders, testing, and reporting
- Ethical Moments Program toolkit support, adoption tracking, manager feedback, and engagement reporting
- Powered By Integrity Awards nomination process, eligibility tracking, review logistics, notifications, and recognition communications
- 2026 site visit planning, logistics, materials coordination, action item tracking, poster audits, and documentation
- Doing Right Insight Newsletter content outlines, contributor coordination, and engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting administrative operations, project coordination, communications, compliance, legal, HR, audit, or program management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, trackers, deliverables, follow-ups, and competing priorities with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting professional emails, reports, summaries, reminders, or internal communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to compile, review, and organize data for reporting, dashboards, or status updates.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records, documentation, and repositories.
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Ability to work approximately 30 hours per week in a part-time contracted capacity.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, dashboards, LMS platforms, or reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
