Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance to lead ethics and compliance programs, oversee investigations, and ensure adherence to laws and regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, corporate investigations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ethics and compliance programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain ethics and compliance programs aligned to guidelines.
• Oversee whistleblower hotline and report to the Board and risk committees.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and remediate.
• Partner with internal audit on compliance matters.
• Oversee corporate investigations team and hotline analysts.
