Job summary

Lumen is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance to lead our ethics programs and investigations function. The role ensures our company adheres to the highest standards of conduct and regulatory compliance across all business lines.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and oversee programs, provide strategic guidance to senior management, and partner with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ethics and compliance, corporate investigations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing ethics and compliance programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain ethics and compliance programs aligned to Corporate Sentencing Guidelines.
• Oversee whistleblower hotline, quarterly Board reports, and management updates on compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit on compliance matters and monitor remediation.
• Oversee corporate investigations team to address violations promptly and effectively.
