Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance to lead the design, execution, and oversight of ethics and compliance programs across the organization. You will own risk assessments, investigations, whistleblower processes, and board reporting to ensure regulatory alignment and ethical conduct.

In this high‑visibility role, you will collaborate with internal audit and senior management, build training programs, and drive a culture of integrity across teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of ethics, compliance, or investigations experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven track record implementing ethics programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High integrity and ethical judgment.
• JD degree from accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain ethics and compliance programs aligned to guidelines.
• Oversee whistleblower hotline and quarterly board reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits; implement corrective actions.
• Partner with internal audit on compliance matters.
• Oversee corporate investigations team and hotline analysts.
• Deliver training to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
