Job summary

IEEE is seeking a Senior Committee Specialist Ethics to support the EMCC and CRC, manage ethics-related misconduct investigations, and coordinate communications. You will work with IEEE leadership and volunteers to advance ethics programs and policies across the organization.

The role requires strong collaboration, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment within IEEE’s Corporate Governance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Req.
• 4–7 years Volunteer management Pref.
• Ethics and compliance management Pref.

Responsibilities

• Works with chairs, committee members, and Legal/Compliance to implement plans of work.
• Provides lead case management for EMCC/CRC misconduct reports and communicates case outcomes.
• Collaborates with IEEE volunteers to produce ethics education presentations, tools, and resources.
• Produces ethics-related content for education tools and resources.
• Updates the ethics database and prepares reports for committees and leadership.
