Responsibilities

• Contact debtors by phone, email, or mail to arrange payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining compliance.
• Document all interactions and update debtor accounts.
• Apply skip tracing as needed to locate delinquent customers.
• Ensure high CSAT/NPS scores through professional communication.
