Job summary

Mars Ethel M Chocolates is seeking a Sales Associate for a seasonal role at our Flagship Henderson, NV store. You will deliver friendly, memorable service, handle cashier duties, and assist with selling and merchandising to drive daily sales.

We offer competitive wages at $18.20 per hour, seasonal through early January 2027 with a potential extension into a permanent position with benefits, plus 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and mental health benefits.

Position is for a seasonal period of employment, through at least early January 2027 with the option to extend into a permanent position with benefits. This position pays $18.20/per hour. This position is for our Flagship Ethel M location in Henderson, NV.

This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests whether in a cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This role is unique as it is one of the few that interacts directly with our customers daily.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-relative knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
