Job summary

Mars Ethel M Chocolates is seeking a Sales Associate for a seasonal role at our Flagship Henderson, NV store. You will deliver friendly, memorable service, handle cashier duties, and assist with selling and merchandising to drive daily sales.

We offer competitive wages at $18.20 per hour, seasonal through early January 2027 with a potential extension into a permanent position with benefits, plus 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and mental health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and provide friendly service to guests.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• No education or previous retail experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team
• Ability to comply with safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention and emergency procedures
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
• Frequent bending and lifting up to 35 lbs
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
