Job summary

Mars is seeking an Outdoor Event Concierge for the Holiday Cactus Garden Event at Ethel M Chocolates in Henderson, NV. You will engage guests with a friendly, high-energy presence and help drive sales while ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include guest service, cash handling, line management, and maintaining a clean event area. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required; outdoor work under varying conditions is expected.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• No Education or previous retail experience Required
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work in outdoor elements, including high/low temperatures
• Must be able to stand for 4 consecutive hours
