Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior leader to define and execute the strategic transformation of its ETF servicing business. The role focuses on a state-of-the-art ETF servicing platform, drawing on ETF expertise, technology, workflow and data to create a scalable operating environment.

Responsibilities include designing the operating model, leading cross‑functional teams, and delivering governance, client experience enhancements and a robust investment roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15 or more years of mutual fund experience.
• 10 or more years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design and build of the next-generation ETF servicing platform and implementation roadmap.
• Translate ETF servicing requirements into actionable platform capabilities, workflows and priorities.
• Design the future-state ETF operating model across onboarding, accounting, administration, basket processing, creation/redemption, reconciliation and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Technology and Product through requirements, design, testing and deployment throughout development lifecycle.
• Establish an integrated data and workflow strategy to improve visibility, controls and client interactions.
• Help design a differentiated digital client experience with transparency into activity and reporting.
• Drive standardization and simplification of ETF processes and reduce manual steps.
