Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Senior Vice President of Global ETF Operations & Client Service to direct the strategic direction, operational excellence, and technology transformation of the ETF servicing platform. You will oversee onboarding, basket operations, settlements, and platform initiatives, partnering with Product, Technology, and Custody teams to drive scalable growth.

The role requires extensive experience in ETF operations, client relationship management, and global leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of ETF operations, custody, fund administration, transfer agency, or asset servicing.
• Experience leading large-scale ETF servicing and operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of ETF lifecycle: basket creation/redemption, AP servicing, settlements, fund launches, and custody operations.
• Experience leading complex technology transformation and operating model redesign initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for the global ETF servicing and operating model across regions.
• Lead client service strategy and governance for key ETF clients and oversee service reviews and KPI reporting.
• Manage ETF onboarding, fund launches, conversions, and product expansions with scalable frameworks.
• Sponsor ETF technology strategy and modernization, driving automation and straight-through processing initiatives.
• Maintain daily ETF servicing operations and establish strong control frameworks and governance.
• Lead a global team in ETF operations, onboarding, client service, and servicing professionals.
