Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an ETF Transformation Analyst to direct ETF operations and drive end-to-end lifecycle process improvements, including creation/redemption, baskets, AP interactions and settlement.

You will ensure deadlines and SLAs are met, maintain strong control frameworks, collaborate with Technology to advance automation, and communicate with senior management, clients and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant ETF/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct ETF operations and end-to-end lifecycle processes.
• Ensure deadlines, SLAs, and strong control frameworks.
• Collaborate with Technology to advance automation and scalability.
• Lead root-cause analysis and sustainable remediation.
• Communicate with senior management, clients and counterparties.
