Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an ETF Transformation Lead to direct ETF operations and drive end-to-end lifecycle process transformations. You will apply deep primary-market expertise in creation/redemption, baskets, AP interactions and settlements, ensuring SLAs are met and controls are in place.

The role collaborates with Technology to enhance automation, supports succession planning and cross-training, and maintains strong communication with senior management, clients and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ETF lifecycle processes, including creation/redemption, baskets, APs and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Direct ETF operations and drive transformation of end-to-end ETF lifecycle processes.
• Partner with Technology to advance automation and scalability; reduce manual dependencies.
• Develop and motivate the team through succession planning, backup coverage, and cross-training.
