JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate II in ETF Operations to lead a team focused on ETF order taking and primary market activity. You will support daily ETF services for institutional clients, asset managers, and APs, collaborating with internal partners to ensure accurate processing.

Responsibility includes end-to-end order handling, reconciliations, and driving automation with tech teams while complying with AML/KYC and regulatory policies.

Competenze

• 5+ years in ETF industry and related markets.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience working in a global, matrix-managed environment.
• Ability to build and maintain client/counterparty relationships.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with high-volume data and reconciliations.
• Results oriented with ability to drive for target outcomes.
• Experience with clearing/settlement systems (NSCC/DTC) and Transfer Agencies.

Mansioni

• Execute end-to-end processing of primary market creation and redemption orders for APs via JPM portals and industry platforms.
• Validate order instructions against fund docs, cut-off times, basket composition, and settlement instructions.
• Serve as primary contact for APs, Capital Markets desks, and internal partners to resolve trade discrepancies and breaks.
• Partner with Custody and Fund Accounting to ensure timely delivery/receipt of securities and cash for settlement.
• Perform reconciliations and manage exceptions under tight deadlines; escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive improvements.
• Develop new operating models and work with tech teams to implement risk-reducing processes.
• Adhere to AML/KYC and applicable regulatory policy.
