Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced ETF Operations Senior Manager to lead operational excellence across our ETF servicing lifecycle in Boston, MA.

The role directs a team, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures client service, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. Responsibilities include overseeing ETF creation/redemption processing, maintaining client relationships, and delivering process improvements while managing risk and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of ETF operations or tertiary qualifications.
• Strong understanding of custody and accounting, specifically as it relates to ETF’s.
• Knowledge of fund services and its processes.
• Knowledge of domestic and international capital markets.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve established goals and personnel duties.
• Oversee ETF creation and redemption order processing and settlement, including collateral management and P&L calculations.
• Manage daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and APs; escalate complex issues.
• Drive process improvements and system/service enhancements.
• Coordinate staff assignments based on business requirements and staff skills.
• Perform discovery and due diligence with clients regarding service quality.
