Job summary

The ETF Operations Analyst role at Citi supports core fund operations in the Tampa and Columbus areas, focusing on ETF creation, redemption, and settlement processes.

You'll review PCF files, handle primary market orders, and coordinate with custodians and APs while leveraging mutual fund knowledge to ensure accurate pricing, P&L calculations, and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PCF files and review component stocks, quantities, and prices.
• Process ETF creation and redemption orders for primary market.
• Arrange ETF settlement in cash and in kind.
• Manage ETF unit settlement and liaison with APs.
• Address AP inquiries related to ETF orders.
• Support CNS as Index receipt agent and ETF rebalancing.
• Handle ETF collateral processing and P&L calculations.
• Background in mutual funds accounting or custody is beneficial.

Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for the following core fund operational processes:

• PCF file preparation, including reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity and prices
• ETF creation and redemption order processing for primary market
• ETF creation and redemption settlement arrangement, both in cash and in kind
• ETF units settlement arrangement and relationship with AP’s
• Handling AP inquiries related to the ETF creation / redemption orders
• CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent
• ETF rebalancing handling
• ETF collateral processing and P&L calculation
• Working knowledge of mutual fund accounting or custody beneficial

Required Skills

• Accounting Degree, Mutual Funds or Custody experience
• The candidate also needs to display strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
