Artisan Partners seeks a detail-oriented ETF Capital Markets & Portfolio Operations Specialist to oversee ETF lifecycle processes, including end-of-day basket processing and AP interactions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fund operations, middle office, fund accounting, or capital markets operations, with 3–5 years of ETF operations experience
• Understanding of ETF lifecycle including creations/redemptions, basket processing, and AP interactions
• Familiarity with reconciliations, holdings files, corporate actions, and NAV processes
• Strong technical aptitude to understand systems, data flows, interfaces, and file-based processing
• Ability to troubleshoot operational and systems-related issues in a time-sensitive environment

Responsibilities

• Support ETF-related operational activity from trade inception through settlement to ensure accurate and timely execution
• Monitor ETF liquidity, bid-ask spreads, premiums/discounts, and market quality; partner with market participants to resolve dislocations
• Oversee ETF basket creation/redemption workflows and AP activity
• Coordinate end-of-day processing including basket validation, holdings dissemination, reconciliations, and cash balancing
• Review holdings files, corporate actions, pricing data, and fund-level reporting for accuracy
• Investigate and resolve operational breaks and data discrepancies across systems
• Collaborate with fund accounting, custodians, administrators, APs, market makers, and tech teams
• Monitor processes and interfaces to preemptively identify issues
• Own end-of-day CPR process ensuring accurate daily close and readiness for next day
• Manage Russell and Envestnet platform and Morgan Stanley daily trade review deliverables
• Support ETF launches, onboarding, and process-improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and enhance controls
