Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an ETF Service Associate to support day-to-day servicing, onboarding, launches, maintenance, and operational support of ETFs. The role collaborates with ETF Service Leads, investment managers, ETF issuers, custodians, transfer agency teams, technology partners, and operations to ensure accurate and timely ETF servicing.

The position involves client onboarding, fund launches, risk management, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing client support while focusing

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process improvement, operational controls, or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business testing for new products, enhancements, and system changes.
• Assist with onboarding, fund launches, and client requirements.
• Track project deliverables and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support ETF basket setup, maintenance, and platform configuration updates.
• Coordinate fund profile changes and production readiness activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
