Job summary

State Street seeks a Digital Asset GD ETF Specialist to act as ETF SME for digital asset operations within State Street’s infrastructure. You will share knowledge of current operational workflows, obtain approvals from functional leaders, and ensure alignment with ETF leadership and digital asset operations.

The role requires a risk-excellence mindset, blockchain literacy, and the ability to learn about digital asset servicing while coordinating with ETF leadership and digital asset operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in ETF value stream workstreams as a digital asset operations SME
• Foster alignment between value streams and manage interdependencies
• Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across capabilities
• Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
• Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream
• Provide regular communication and reporting updates to leadership teams
