Job summary

State Street Corporation in Stamford, CT seeks a senior leader to head US ETF Liquidity Solutions. You will commercialize dealer and institutional relationships, position our ETF range as a strategic portfolio trading and hedging tool, and lead a differentiated execution advisory capability.

You will own revenue growth, deepen client engagement across primary and secondary markets, and collaborate with product and capital markets teams to embed ETFs into client workflows and capital markets

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in capital markets, ETF markets, trading, or institutional client coverage.
Deep expertise in ETF market structure (primary and secondary).
Knowledge of trading strategies and implementation considerations.
Cross-asset positioning in equities, derivatives, financing.
Ability to engage credibly with senior external clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Commercialization of dealer relationships: Lead and expand strategic relationships with sell-side trading, structuring, and capital markets businesses to drive ETF adoption and distribution.
Execution advisory & solutions: Provide guidance on ETF implementation strategy, liquidity access, and market impact considerations across client portfolios.
Market intelligence & product feedback: Gather dealer market intelligence to inform product development and capital markets strategy.
