Job summary

State Street is seeking an ETF Service Associate to support day-to-day ETF servicing, onboarding, launches, maintenance, and operational support. You will work with ETF service Leads, investment managers, issuers, custodians, transfer agents, and technology partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of servicing activities.

The role emphasizes risk management, accuracy, and client service while participating in onboarding, fund launches, testing initiatives, issue resolution, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process improvement, operational controls, or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business testing for new products, enhancements, and system changes.
• Assist with implementation of new client requirements and process improvements.
• Track project deliverables and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Technology, and Relationship Management teams.
• Implement and support system connections with clients and partners using MFX.
