Qualifications

• 7+ years ETF industry experience
• Strong managerial skills

• Results oriented with ability to sustain a target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Manage client and broker queries related to daily ETF order activity
• Participate in industry working groups and initiatives
• Stay updated on developments in the broader ETF ecosystem
• Reconcile against core controls and procedures for ETF deliveries
• Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors on new ETF products
• Provide front-to-back oversight of post-trade monitoring and resolution
• Develop new ways to enhance operating model and collaborate with tech teams to implement risk-reducing processes
