Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services seeks a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support ETF, mutual fund and other fund clients.

You will monitor budgets, prepare board materials, and assist with financial statements and regulatory reporting under GAAP, coordinating with internal teams, counsel, and auditors. You'll help ensure compliance with the Investment Company Act and internal guidelines, lead annual reporting, mentor teammates, and assist with ad-hoc fund launches, M&A activity, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, and other investments.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles.
• Ethics and compliance awareness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Willingness to learn complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review a fund budget per contracts and expense activity trends.
• Prepare and review ETF and fund board meeting materials and attend virtual meetings.
• Prepare financial statements for ETF and fund clients for GAAP/regulatory reporting.
• Test portfolio compliance with the Investment Company Act and guidelines.
• Lead financial reporting filings for ETF or fund clients.
• Assist senior staff in ad-hoc projects including launches, M&A activity, and liquidations.
