Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an analyst to support day-to-day financial, operational, and compliance activities for mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and business development companies.

You will coordinate with investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys, and auditors to ensure seamless fund operations. You’ll oversee fund budgets, analyze expense trends, review fee arrangements, and contribute to financial reporting for shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial and compliance operations for mutual funds, ETFs, and related clients.
• Serve as primary contact with fund clients and coordinate with service providers (advisors, custodians, transfer agents, accountants, attorneys, auditors).
• Monitor fund budgets and expense trends based on contracts and proposals; assist with financial statements for shareholders.
• Help ensure portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
