Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support ETF, mutual fund, and fund client activities. You will monitor budgets, prepare board materials, and ensure GAAP/compliance reporting while liaising with internal teams and external counsel.

The role involves in-office work for 3+ days weekly in Glendale, Milwaukee, or Oshkosh, WI. Requires 2–5 years of related experience and a accounting/finance degree, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and reviewing a fund budget based on contractual agreements, fee proposals and expense activity trends.
• Preparing and reviewing ETF and other fund board materials, including attendance at virtual meetings.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements for ETF and fund clients for GAAP/regulatory reporting.
• Testing portfolio compliance to Investment Company Act and internal guidelines.
• Leading financial reporting filing requirements for ETF or fund clients.
• Mentoring teammates and communicating with investment advisor clients.
• Assisting senior Fund Administrators in ad-hoc ETF/fund projects and launches.
