Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Fund Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the regulatory, financial reporting, and compliance activities of investment funds.

You will oversee compliance programs and SEC filings, financial statement reporting, fund expenses, and Board reporting while ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. The role serves as the primary contact for fund clients and regulatory bodies, coordinating fund operations and communications with service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification or candidate.
• Eight or more years of mutual fund administration or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of compliance administrators, monitors programs, completes SEC filings, manages fund expenses and reporting to Board.
• Primary contact for clients and regulatory agencies, coordinating fund operations and responses to inquiries.
• Coordinates activities and communication of fund operations and service providers with fund clients.
