Job summary

L&G Asset Management is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the U.S. ETF distribution capability. You will own revenue growth for ETFs, define distribution strategy, and manage platform access from launch through business-as-usual, working closely with Product, Marketing, Capital Markets, and Compliance.

The role requires senior leadership experience, a track record of launching ETFs in U.S. wealth or institutional channels, and the ability to operate in a lean, build-phase environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years in asset management distribution, with ETF/ETP exposure.
• Proven track record launching and scaling products through U.S. wealth or institutional channels.
• Established relationships with platform gatekeepers and national accounts.
• Experience operating in build, scale, or transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the U.S. ETF distribution strategy aligned with product positioning and growth objectives.
• Own senior relationships with national accounts, RIAs, IBD offices, TAMPs, and model portfolio providers.
• Lead ETF launches, seeding strategy, liquidity positioning, and early trading quality; ensure alignment with marketing and platform readiness.
• Design and scale a lean, high-impact ETF distribution team and coordinate with external distribution infrastructure.
