L&G Asset Management, America is seeking a seasoned Head of ETF Distribution to lead the U.S. ETF distribution strategy and execution from a lean, high-impact platform.

The role drives revenue growth, platform access, and distributor engagement, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and operations. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of asset management distribution experience, ETF expertise, and a proven track record in building and scaling distribution teams in a regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in asset management distribution, with ETF exposure.
• Proven ability to launch and scale ETF products through U.S. channels.
• Established relationships with platform gatekeepers and national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the U.S. ETF distribution strategy and growth objectives.
• Own senior relationships with national accounts, RIAs, and model providers.
• Lead ETF launches and ensure alignment with product, marketing, and platform readiness.
• Coach and scale a lean ETF distribution team over time.
