Job summary

L&G Asset Management in the U.S. is hiring a Head of ETF Distribution to build, execute, and scale our U.S. ETF distribution capability, driving revenue growth across ETFs and engagement with national accounts, RIAs, and gatekeepers.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, build-phase environment, working with Marketing, Product, Capital Markets, Operations, and Compliance to ensure market-leading positioning and go‑to‑market execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of asset management distribution experience.
• Proven track record launching and scaling ETFs in US wealth/institutional channels.
• Established relationships with key platform gatekeepers and national accounts.
• Experience operating in build, scale, or transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the U.S. ETF distribution strategy.
• Manage AUM, flow, and platform-access targets; monitor progress and adapt tactics.
• Own relationships with national accounts, RIAs, IBDs, TAMPs, and model portfolio providers.
• Lead ETF onboarding, approval, and shelf placement across priority platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent positioning and sales enablement.
