Job summary

L&G Asset Management (L&G Asset Management, America) seeks an experienced ETF Capital Markets specialist to launch and grow the U.S. ETF business. You will partner with custodians, APs, market makers, and exchanges to ensure strong liquidity and a best-in-class investor experience.

From day one, you’ll establish operational processes, trading oversight, and relationships, becoming the firm’s capital markets expert as the platform expands across ETF products and client opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of capital markets experience with a strong ETF background.
• Senior member in an ETF Capital Markets team.
• Strong existing relationships with ecosystem partners (APs, market makers, exchanges).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ETF Capital Markets function as the firm launches U.S. ETFs.
• Manage day-to-day primary and secondary market activity.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trading issues.
• Monitor ETF market quality, including volume, creations/redemptions, premiums/discounts.
• Develop and enhance internal ETF tools and processes.
• Increase visibility of the ETF range and participate in industry conferences/events.
• Support distribution with new business opportunities and client meetings.
