Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking an ETech III to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair electronic, electrical, and electromechanical components on cementing equipment. This role supports field operations and maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, PLC diagnostics, sensor calibration, and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 year technical diploma or equivalent in engineering or military training.
• 2+ years hands-on electronic/instrumentation maintenance in industrial/oilfield settings.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, calibration, and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic, electrical, and computer-based systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation including high-pressure transducers, flow meters, densitometers, and sensors.
• Conduct PLC diagnostics and adjustments, including offset corrections and calibration.
• Inspect and test repaired equipment to ensure manufacturer specifications.
