Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-line issues in wafer fabrication etch process and disposition wafers.
• Qualify wafer fabrication etch processes on advanced tools.
• Coordinate process qualifications and equipment downtime with manufacturing teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform processing decisions.
• Adjust process parameters and monitor equipment performance after maintenance.
• Update SOPs as needed.
